Admission policy

The school accepts students regardless of gender, race, religion or nationality as long as they are of the required age, and the school is able to handle school programs and meet all admission requirements. All students admitted to the school are required to follow the curriculum \ programs offered by the school.
Admission requirements and seat reservations:

The school considers any student who is at least four years old (before the basic education) for admission at the beginning of any academic year provided that the admission requirements set by the school for that school year are met. School admission and seat reservation is dependent on successful completion of all application producers, submission of all required documents, successful completion of entrance exams (the test is appropriate for grade level) and completion of the interview. Acceptance of students depends only on test\interview results and availability of seats for students.

Admission producer:

Students are accepted into the school after receiving all the required documents. The priority for reservation is for whoever registers first.

Admission test:

Students are subject to an entrance exam after receiving all the application for all students regardless of age or grade completion of an application for admission to the school does not constitute a guarantee of admission test. Re-admission of students

The school does not accept any student who was expelled for academic reasons before three academic years from the time he\she was expelled from the school. Students who have been dismissed for behavioral reasons cannot apply again before two academic years and are accepted after seeking approval from the Board of Directors. In both cases, students will be required to submit the school’s admission requirements, complete the application and pay the registration fee. As for students who have been dismissed for reasons other than those mentioned above, they must submit all admission requirements, and abide by the procedures and time specified for registration. Re-admission is considered if the student successfully passed the registration requirements and if places (seats) are available.

Late admission and early withdrawal

The Board of Directors may accept new students after the start of the academic year, as the case may be. The admission of the student depends on the consultation of the Board of Directors with the concerned heads regarding the available seats and the student’s ability to catch up with the courses covered before joining the school.
Parents or legal guardians of students can withdraw their children from school after the beginning of the school year annual tuition and other fees are paid.

Cancellation and withdrawal

Parents wishing to withdraw their children from school or cancel their registration may fill out the withdrawal request in the registration section, stating the reasons for withdrawal or cancellation of registration.

Student’s transfer

Students who transfer to other schools are provided with an official copy of the school certificate provided that the parents have fulfilled the school’s financial obligations.
Most schools ask for recommendations for a transfer student. This is dealt with confidentially and the recommendations will be sent to the new school by the school and not given to the concerned student, parent/or family representative.

Admission in the middle of the school year

It is preferable for students to enroll in school at the beginning of the academic year; However sometimes students may need to take admission in the middle of the year,
In such cases, the school will accept the student if he passes the required admission tests, as well as if applications are submitted and there are available seats.

Acceptance of certifications from other schools

The school accepts certificates from other schools provided that the following conditions are met:
The presence of the official school seal on the certificate and the signature of the principal of the school from which the student attended.
Student certificate issued by the Ministry of Education.
The student’s record is complete with information and all documents, provided that they are all correct during the period in which the student was in the previous school.

Special need and educational support students

The percentage of students who have difficulty in learning constitutes 5% of the students. When accepting students, it is taken into account that the student does not suffer from any special needs, and his acceptance depends on the interview that takes place during registration, where he\she is accepted by the director and advisor. An accompanying teacher is placed for students during school days.

School and the Ministry of Education

The school abides by the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Education for admission, promotion, employment and contract termination.

Modification on the Admission policy

The school has the right to amend the admission policy at any time during the academic year and/or cancel the policy modifications and cancellations require approval of the school board of directors
